Another addition to the Kubus collection, the Kubus Flowerpot comes in three different sizes: Kubus Flowerpot 10, designed by Søren Lassen and Sarah Abbondio; Kubus Flowerpot 14, and Kubus Flowerpot 23, designed by Søren Lassen. The container is deeper than the classic Kubus Bowl, making this a highly versatile storage item. As the name indicates, it was originally intended as a home for plants and flowers, but with its elegant geometric shape it will sit happily in any space as a standalone piece. Kubus Flowerpot comes in two distinctive monochrome powder-coated colours, enabling it to fit into the interior aesthetic of any style-conscious home. Place it on the table, window sill, on the garden table, on the patio, or hang it on the wall with the new universal fittings that give the Kubus Flowerpot a light, airy contemporary look. Like the other containers in the Kubus collection, this also comes with an insert that’s recommended for planting.

By Lassen is amongst the few Danish design companies that primarily manufacture locally. The Kubus collection, Frame storage solution and ML42 stools, amongst other products, are crafted by exceptionally skilled Danish craftsmen who take pride in delivering design pieces of the highest quality.
Design
The now expanded Kubus collection, partly designed by Mogens, partly by his grandson, Søren Lassen, is still crafted in Denmark and it has achieved the status of a modern international icon. Mogens Lassen’s love for vigorous mathematical proportions and expressions is the red thread in this epochal collection.
Handcrafted
At the time of their creation, the Kubus candleholders were reserved for family, good friends and close architect colleagues. The Kubus was put into production only after Mogens Lassen’s death and it is still crafted in Denmark. Amongst design lovers around the world, the Kubus has gone on to achieve the status of a modern international design icon.
Respect
Not only is the manufacturing process infused with the same love as when the products were originally created, It is the respect for each product’s individual history, the environment, and the joy of being part of the process that creates its high-quality craftsmanship that by Lassen is known for. By Lassen founder and designer, Søren Lassen, share Mogens Lassen’s devotion of mathematical equations, graphic lines and a minimalist style and enjoy when the stringent, square profiles meets the rounded curves. He further takes the love of solid Danish craft to heart, and in fact runs the factory in Holstebro, which has produced the collection since the early 1990s, in order to maintain the quality of its reputation.
