Parc is an exclusive range of designer furniture in teak designed by the Danish designer duo Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen MDD. The chairs are all ”body fitted” and so follow the contours of the body, making them especially comfortable. The versatility of the Parc range, the beautiful character of the teak and its exclusive design make it ideal for outdoor areas large and small. Parc is made from certified teak and powder-coated aluminium, ensuring a resistant surface in all weathers.

Teak

Teak is a close-grained hardwood with a high natural oil content which gives the teak furniture a beautiful smooth surface. Teak furniture is hard wearing and highly resistant to decay and almost immune to rain, frost, snow or sun. The furniture is supplied unthreaded and will develop a patina over time. If you wish to treat your teak furniture, we recommend using teak oil – be aware that this will make the wood darker!

Cane-line’s teak is supplied from WWF-GFTN members in Indonesia, whose teak originates from Perhutani. This means our teak comes from responsibly managed forests. Teak being a scarce resource, Cane-line aims to only use it for a selected number of products. These are designed in terms of durability and style to last a long time.

Materials used in Cane-line furniture are environment-friendly as they are toxin-free and recyclable. Certified to the ISO14001, the international environmental standard, and the SA8000 standard for social accountability.

POWDER-COATED ALUMINIUM
All of Cane-line’s aluminium furniture is powder-coated. The powder coating ensures a surface resistant to knocks and scratches. The furniture is well suited to be left outside all year long and is easy to clean.

The strong frames, UV-resistant materials and quick drying cushions can stay out in the glaring sun, pouring rain or frost. The materials in Cane-line’s outdoor collection withstand vast temperature differences and season changes.
