The Traveller folding chair marks a significant trend toward more flexible furniture. Furniture, which does not dictate a specific area of use through its design, but can be placed both inside and out. The Traveller is built around an aluminium lightweight frame that folds easily. Just as functional is the quilted seat and back of Cane-line Tex® or Softtouch Fabric and QuickDry® Foam, making cushions obsolete. This folding chair is great for urban areas where space could be limited; a rooftop or balcony or take it along to the park or beach. The Traveller is designed by two of Denmark’s most esteemed designers, Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen. The folding lounge chair is available in three colours, grey, white and brown.

SOFTTOUCH FABRIC
Cane-line Softtouch® is a newly developed fabric made exclusively for Cane-line. A combination of hard-wearing Cane-line Tex® and Soft Sunbrella® (fabric) makes a soft yet tough surface. The unique Softtouch material is mottled grey colour and looks like traditional furniture fabric. The more textured surface raises the level of comfort, while the furniture maintains its weather-proof properties. The fabric enables you to just leave your furniture outdoors with a minimum of maintenance.

POWDER COATED EXTRUDED ALUMINIUM
All of Cane-line’s aluminium furniture is powder coated. The powder coating ensures a surface resistant to knocks and scratches. The furniture is well suited to be left outside all year long and is easy to clean.

Fabrics are mould and mildew resistant, making for weather-proof furniture that can be left outside all year round.

Comfort

Breathable materials allow air to pass through, eliminating trapped heat and creating comfortable furniture with the feel and look you would expect indoors.

QuickDry

System

The core of the cushion consists of QuickDryFoam. The structure ensures that the small amount of water that does penetrate runs through quickly. With its built-in memory feature, the foam remembers its original shape.

Maintenance

With spaces under the open sky, low maintenance furniture is an asset value in itself. Very easy to clean just with water and ordinary household cleaners using a middle to hard brush.
