Endless is a lounge chair designed by the Danish design duo Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen MDD. Endless is made in the durable Cane-line Soft Rope, on an elegant warm teak frame with a beautiful finish. A chair that is both classic and modern at the same time. Teak is an oil-rich type of wood, which is ideal for outdoor use. The tree gets a natural silver-grey patina over time. However, it can also retain its natural glow, using teak oil.
The Endless Collection is designed by the Danish design duo Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen MDD.
Endless – exquisite craftsmanship and luxurious comfort
Teak makes a comeback in outdoor areas. There are several good reasons for the revival. When you choose slow-growing teak from a certified plantation, you get extremely high-quality timber. Teak is the only wood that can withstand sun, rain and wind for many years without losing its looks – but teak also has another coveted bonus: “You can keep the teak we use for 50 years and never have to give it the slightest drop of oil. The quality is that good. Then it has a warm natural glow so the furniture blends seamlessly into the outdoor environment”, says design duo Foersom & Hiort-Lorenzen MDD, who designed Endless. Teak patinates to an attractive light grey colour. If you oil teak, it retains its golden glow.
However, there is more to this furniture than the materials. Bearing in mind the design duo’s desire to amalgamate function and aesthetics, the craftsmen were carefully selected to produce elegant finger and dowel joints. Tactile, woven seats in specially developed, UV-resistant Cane-line Soft Rope add a cosy touch.
More importantly, perhaps, the elastic webbing and elegant lines of the seat offer the outstanding level of comfort that is characteristic of Cane-line design.

ROPE
Cane-line Rope is a combination of a woven Selected PP covering (a thermoplastic fibre) over a core of Cane-line weave. The material is elastic and has a soft surface that acts like fabric. This weatherproof material withstands changing weather conditions, is UV-resistant and dries quickly after getting wet, which makes it ideal for outdoor use. The material has a soft surface that provides good support and excellent sitting comfort. It is easy to maintain and can be cleaned with ordinary household cleaners.
